This was easy to put together and the ability to adjust the height was nice to ensure a good fit. The grip on the bottom seems to be strong and so far after using the product for a few days we haven’t had any problems with the feet slipping out. My toddler was so excited to see this sitting out in the bathroom and immediately wanted to use it. The cushion is great and the handles on the side of the seat are nice and he likes to hold on to them. The only challenging part is getting up on the potty using the step. My toddler approaches the potty facing forward and steps up but then while standing up on the little step he has to try and carefully turn around so he can sit down. He gets nervous every time he tries so I have to just pick him up and put him on there. He isnt able to use this product by himself and as of now the step isnt really being used. I am hoping that as we continue to use it he will get the hang of it. Overall, the product arrived quickly, it is exactly as pictured and the quality is as expected and I am satisfied with my purchase and will keep using it.

We bought this per recommendation from the book “Potty Training in 3 days” and it has been the perfect additional for our daughter’s (2.5 y) toilet training process. This helps her climb and seat easily and by herself. Also, it has side handles for her to grab on and the base is the perfect size for her not to fall into the toilet. This thing was super easy to put together. You honestly don’t even need instructions as it’s basic common sense on which part goes where. It fit the toilet and after giving it a little “shimmy” to make sure it’s all level, it’s sturdy and secure enough for my toddler to get on.
The only “downfall” is the seat is a little too big for my toddler, but only slightly. He’s also potty training earlier than most as he’s not even two yet, so it’s pretty understandable for him to be a little too small to fit.
Seems like support is decent from other reviews, so if we have an issue in the future, I’m sure we will be taken care of.
